Kitchen Collaborative Brings Infratech Visionaries to Life
Our client Infratech Comfort manufactures premium outdoor infrared heaters that are a favorite among architects and designers who appreciate their quality construction and sleek design aesthetic. For this reason, clearly and consistently communicating Infratech’s connection to leading industry trendsetters has been a cornerstone of our marketing and social media strategy.
To bring these relationships to life, we decided to introduce the idea of “Infratech Visionaries,” which would focus on highlighting the work of key architects, designers, and builders in a more authentic format. To do this seamlessly, we knew we had to focus on their work and vision while tying in the Infratech brand organically.
To kick off this promotion, we conceptualized and created a series of documentary-style videos that featured prominent “visionaries” including ANX Architecture, Park Slope Design, and Pritzkat & Johnson Architects. Interviews consisted of questions about the participants’ architectural style and how Infratech fits into their design aesthetic.
The interviews were directed by The Kitchen Collaborative’s Jesse Hill who has extensive documentary experience, having previously worked on Emmy-nominated documentaries. The shoot day production included interview script development, set and lighting design, onset styling and grooming, and sound and video recording. Each architect sat for a 30-minute interview that was then cut together with existing still images of the architectural installations showing process work, on-site installation shots, and technical drawings.
The promotion was rounded out with a printed brochure, a web microsite, and social media promotion highlighting each architect in a campaign fashion.
