This video has been circulating for a few weeks now, but it was so fun we had to share! As marketers, we know that people will share content digitally with their friends if it is compelling. And content will most likely “go viral” if well-produced and humorous. Canadian ad agency John St. seems to master this concept in their recent self-promotion video, a parody of a brand campaign case study as seen through the lens of a child’s birthday party. Not only is it clever, but it helps to communicate the complexity of advertising and marketing with a comparison that everyone can understand.
