As part of the new brand direction, one of the major goals was to move Indigenous to a more sophisticated photography aesthetic. An overall bright, fun, yet soft look was created with artful lighting and careful product arrangements, allowing the all-white product packaging to pop.
The beauty advertising shots for the MUD cosmetics line convey honest, approachable beauty with carefully selected expressions to give a sense of each character’s lifestyle. Realistic retouching maintained the accuracy of each demographic for an honest connection to the audience, and MUD’s signature grey was used as a backdrop to further connect the shots to the brand.
For the launch of this new website, the advertising shots had to emphasize shoes in the context of a full lengh fashion spread. A series of playful poses with exaggerated foot positions drew attention to the shoes and created an overall fun, fresh, and energetic look.
For the launch of their new Slim Shells for iPhone 4S, PureGear wanted to showcase all the product colors inspired by French macaroons in one hero image. Our solution was an artfully styled product shot that featured the bright and bold colors in a playful manner. Stylized lighting enhanced the glossy texture of the products; imagery on the phone screen brought the flavor concept to life.

In addition to featuring the line, the product shoot for Color Edge had to serve as the main advertising imagery. To communicate the natural compositions and fresh scents, actual product ingredients were carefully propped around the products for a bold sensory experience.
